Turnkey design and build means one company handles the whole project – design, materials, fit-out works, furniture and handover – under one contract. You receive a finished space ready to use instead of coordinating separate designers, contractors and suppliers.
Is design & build cheaper than hiring a designer and a contractor separately?
It is usually more efficient: design decisions are made with real material costs and site conditions in mind, and there is no rework between parties. With in-house production of materials we also control quality and speed. Your actual budget depends on scope and specification.
